We want good things for the people we love. What do we want most for them? What if what we want most for them isn't something we can ultimately give them? We pray to the God who is able. Paul has reminded the beloved believers in Ephesus of all that God has done and who they now are in Christ. He wants them to be strengthened and filled so he ends the first half of the letter by telling them how he's praying for them. Let's learn to pray like this.
