As Paul shared the bad news about the pagan Gentiles being under the wrath of God in chapter 1, the more religious Jewish people may have been relieved, thinking " Good. I guess we're okay. Sure, Gentiles deserve God's judgment but we don't ... do we?" We like to think we're okay too. But are we good enough to escape God's judgment?
