Now in Jerusalem, Jesus has asserted his authority as King. While many are hanging on His words, some desire to destroy Him. Today, in between their attempts to trap Him, Jesus goes on the offensive by telling an offensive parable. The message for them and for us is clear: you can't get the inheritance if you reject God's sent Son.
